Given the buildings history and ownership, Masuda House is inspired by Japanese ryokan simplicity as well as modern loft-style living found in many Brooklyn NY warehouse apartments.

Masuda House features fully furnished loft apartments for long term rental (six months minimum). Located in Waimea's city center and within walking distance to everything including the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants.

 

Each apartment is unique with ~15ft high ceilings and modern, minimalist loft layouts.

 

Each unit is equipped with various modern amenities and appliances and has a full bathroom, a king or queen bed and easy access to a new LG STUDIO WashTower for exclusive use of the apartment tenants. Building is equipped with digital keypad entry/exit handles and Amazon Blink security cameras.
